Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce planning.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing innovative recruitment campaigns that attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, fostering engagement from day one.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers in delivering constructive feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies is essential.
