Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (corporate & site roles)
Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain HRIS, employee records & documentation
Support payroll, attendance & leave management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics
Support training and development programs
Partner with departments for manpower planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience in real estate background
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Tagalog Speakers Preferred
