Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (corporate & site roles)

  • Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

  • Maintain HRIS, employee records & documentation

  • Support payroll, attendance & leave management

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies

  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics

  • Support training and development programs

  • Partner with departments for manpower planning

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of HR experience in real estate background

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Experience handling both white-collar and blue-collar workforce

  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Tagalog Speakers Preferred
