Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Total Rewards exists to design and manage a comprehensive rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent while ensuring alignment with DHEC s business objectives and financial sustainability. This role is critical for maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs that support employee engagement and organizational performance.
Compensation Strategy & Governance

Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures aligned with internal equity and market competitiveness.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and UAE labor laws.

Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and pay-for-performance frameworks.
Benefits Management

Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, leave benefits, and wellness initiatives.

Drive enhancements to benefits offerings based on market trends and employee insights.

Ensure cost-effective vendor management and service delivery.
Performance & Rewards Alignment

Integrate total rewards with performance management to reinforce desired behaviours and outcomes.

Develop incentive programs, bonus schemes, and recognition initiatives that align with business goals.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking

Conduct market studies, salary surveys, and benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive positioning.

Provide advisory insights to leadership on compensation trends, pay equity, and emerging practices.
Policy Development & Communication

Draft, update, and govern total rewards policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Communicate programs clearly to leaders and employees to drive understanding and transparency.
Budgeting & Cost Control

Manage the total rewards budget and ensure alignment with financial sustainability.

Provide forecasting, scenario modelling, and reporting to Human Capital and Finance leadership.
