Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive talent acquisition by creating innovative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier candidates and align with company culture.
  • Implement and manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, enhancing retention from day one.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, providing training and tools to managers to effectively conduct evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace environment and foster a sense of belonging.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably in industries such as technology or healthcare.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) demonstrating a commitment to the profession and ongoing development.

  • Experience in implementing HR software systems (e.g., ZOHO) to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

  • IMMEDIATE joiner preferred.

  • Experience in a Garage / Automotive industry is a plus.
