Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly prepare a variety of tandoori dishes, including perfectly marinated meats and vegetables, cooked to smoky perfection in a tandoor oven.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of Indian spices and their nuanced applications, creating balanced and flavorful dishes.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, hygiene standards, and efficient workflow during service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, with a specialization in Indian cuisine.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a professional Indian restaurant kitchen, demonstrating a deep understanding of the cuisine.
