Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier IT talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and niche job boards, focusing on passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals, fostering relationships to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, manage data, and generate reports on key metrics.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively source and attract the best IT talent.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, offering insights into company culture and career opportunities.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including data privacy and equal opportunity guidelines, throughout the recruitment process.
