Roles & Responsibilities

Leading Global IT Services Company is hiring a Business Development Manager for the UAE market to drive consultative IT solution sales (NON-ERP). We are looking for a hands-on market hunter who actively meets clients, generates leads, builds relationships, and converts opportunities into business. This is an individual contributor role for the first 6 months, with potential to grow into a team leadership position based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market

  • Sell custom IT solutions / digital / integration / software services through consultative selling approach

  • Meet clients directly, conduct presentations, and understand business needs

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals

  • Build and maintain strong pipeline and client relationships

  • Work closely with technical teams to position the right solutions

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Mandatory Requirements :


  • Minimum 5 years experience in UAE IT solution sales

  • Total experience between 6–10 years

  • Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

  • Proven experience in consultative/custom solution selling (NOT ERP product sales)

  • Strong client acquisition / hunting experience

  • Must be comfortable working as individual contributor initially

  • Stable career history with minimum ~2 years average tenure per company

  • Experience working with IT services / system integrator / technology consulting firms

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in enterprise solution sales / digital transformation / integration / software services

  • Strong UAE client network and market understanding

  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals

  • Target-driven and field-oriented sales professional

  • Candidates familiar with working in consulting/service organizations preferred
