Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan menus schedule and kitchen production
- Prepare purchase orders and store requisition according to production requirement
- Produce special menus for functions
- Prepare recipes and costing according to Hotel budget
- Prepare and supervise cooking process for daily buffet
- Prepare the daily market list and ensure minimum wastage
- Inspect daily deliveries and ensure quality of all items
- Ensure that hygiene procedures are implemented at all times, safety and cleanliness of the kitchen as well be expert in food storage of cooked and raw food.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in 4 /5 stars hotels and Indian Restaurant
- Preferably with Culinary related qualification
- HACCP certification
- PIC license
