Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Plan menus schedule and kitchen production
  • Prepare purchase orders and store requisition according to production requirement
  • Produce special menus for functions
  • Prepare recipes and costing according to Hotel budget
  • Prepare and supervise cooking process for daily buffet
  • Prepare the daily market list and ensure minimum wastage
  • Inspect daily deliveries and ensure quality of all items
  • Ensure that hygiene procedures are implemented at all times, safety and cleanliness of the kitchen as well be expert in food storage of cooked and raw food.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in 4 /5 stars hotels and Indian Restaurant
  • Preferably with Culinary related qualification
  • HACCP certification
  • PIC license
