Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all factory equipment and facilities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Establish and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support manufacturing goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department.
  • Drive initiatives to upgrade equipment, implement new technologies, and enhance overall plant reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance teams and overseeing complex machinery and facility systems.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work outside regular hours as needed.
