Roles & Responsibilities
The Manager - Compensation and Benefits at Dubai Holding Group Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization s compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with local labor laws while supporting the company s ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Compensation and Benefits at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Compensation Management:
- Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary bands, and pay scales in alignment with organizational strategy and market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis using reliable survey data.
- Manage annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus administration.
- Advise management on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local compensation laws and internal governance standards.
Benefits Administration:
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, retirement plans, allowances, and other rewards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of benefit programs; recommend improvements as needed.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, vendors, and third-party providers to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate benefit programs effectively to employees to ensure understanding and engagement.
Policy & Governance:
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare compensation analytics and reports for leadership, including cost modeling, turnover impact, and budget forecasting.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess trends and support strategic HR decision-making.
Strategic Projects:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior management on organizational design, grading structures, and total rewards initiatives.
- Support change management initiatives related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of recognition and retention programs.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, including at least 2 3 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with HR analytics tools preferred.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and market practices.
