Roles & Responsibilities

The Manager Performance Management under the guidance of their manager will be responsible:Design and implement performance management policies and frameworks that align with the strategic goals of the Bank, its subsidiaries, and overseas branches.Drive the execution of performance cycles in collaboration with HR Technology, ensuring seamless administration, communication, and reporting across the organization.Provide expert guidance and insights to HRBPs, business leaders, and the L&D team to support performance-related decisions, development planning, and improvement initiatives.Performance Management Frameworks & PolicyAssist in the design, development, and implementation of PICG-wide performance management systems and policies.Ensure frameworks are market-compatible, aligned with business strategy, and updated across UAE and overseas entities.Support in rolling out key framework changes and communicating approved updates to relevant stakeholders.End-to-End Performance Cycle ExecutionAdminister the full performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, monthly check-ins, and MBO audits.Ensure objectives set under MBOs are SMART and aligned with departmental and organizational goals.Provide second-line support for employees/PABPs during all stages of the performance cycle, resolving complex queries in line with service standards.System Management & AutomationAct as super admin for the performance management system, managing configurations, workflows, and user access.Collaborate with PICG Tech to support ongoing automation and system enhancements for improved user experience and process efficiency.Stakeholder Support & AdvisoryOffer expert guidance to Business Partners, People Advisors, and business leaders on policy interpretation and process execution.Provide timely and quality support to ensure adherence to performance cycle timelines and standards.Reporting & AnalyticsGenerate and share performance completion reports regularly with relevant stakeholders.Assist L&D and Talent Management in providing performance data for identification of development needs and support them in designing targeted Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).Governance & ComplianceAid in the annual MBO audit process to ensure quality and consistency of goal-setting practices.Liaise with internal teams to ensure policy manuals are updated and communicated effectively across all entities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).6 8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on performance management.Proven experience in designing and implementing performance frameworks in a complex organizational setup.Familiarity with HR systems and performance management tools.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Key CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingAnalytical & Data InterpretationStakeholder ManagementProject ManagementCommunication & InfluenceHR Technology Savvy
