It s where insight meets action, where financial precision fuels commercial success, and where technology accelerates growth.Role Overviewto lead and manage the onboarding process for our new hires across our Africa and Dubai offices. This role will ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience, helping new employees integrate into the company culture, understand their roles, and become productive team members quickly. Additionally, the specialist will support early-stage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to foster continuous growth and development. This role is instrumental in ensuring a positive and lasting first impression of our company for every new joiner.Responsible for: Onboarding & Induction; Learning & Development (L&D) Support; Continuous ImprovementKey Requirements 5+ years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or L&D roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present confidently to groups. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Ability to manage multiple onboarding schedules simultaneously across multiple regions. Experience working with culturally diverse teams and remote employees. Proactive, empathetic, and customer service-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving needs.
