Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Manage labor management processes, including attendance, shift planning, and compliance with labor regulations.
Support recruitment activities: coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment documentation, and track candidate progress.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related data in Excel or HRIS systems.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for employees.
Support HR reporting and preparation of necessary documentation for management.
Be flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments and operational requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Prior exposure to HR operations and labor management.
Hands-on experience with recruitment documentation and Excel-based tracking.
Skills:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable to change.
Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Sinhala, Tagalog, or Urdu is an advantage.
Work Flexibility: Ready to work in dynamic environments; may require staying in company accommodation or labor camp as per operational needs.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
