Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

  • Manage labor management processes, including attendance, shift planning, and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Support recruitment activities: coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment documentation, and track candidate progress.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related data in Excel or HRIS systems.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.

  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for employees.

  • Support HR reporting and preparation of necessary documentation for management.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments and operational requirements.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    • Prior exposure to HR operations and labor management.

    • Hands-on experience with recruitment documentation and Excel-based tracking.

  • Skills:

    • Strong coordination and communication skills.

    • Good organizational and documentation skills.

    • Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable to change.

  • Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi, Sinhala, Tagalog, or Urdu is an advantage.

  • Work Flexibility: Ready to work in dynamic environments; may require staying in company accommodation or labor camp as per operational needs.

  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
