About the Role
Join our innovation-driven team and play a key role in building high-impact partnerships that accelerate business growth. As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that drive revenue, brand visibility, and long-term collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, creative deal-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partnerships through proactive outreach — including inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, networking events, and client meetings.
- Research and evaluate potential partners, mapping key stakeholders and decision-makers to build a robust partnership pipeline.
- Develop customized proposals and commercial models to align mutual objectives and ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align new partnerships with organizational goals and business strategy.
- Negotiate, structure, and finalize agreements in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships, ensuring high partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion.
- Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to design and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Track and measure partnership performance, including lead generation, revenue contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management on KPIs, ROI, and market trends.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and innovative collaboration models.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances, ideally within digital, retail, or technology sectors.
- Proven record of closing successful partnerships and managing end-to-end partner lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of marketing partnerships, co-branding, and growth collaboration strategies.
