Roles & Responsibilities

Personal Assistant to Managing Partner / Owner

Reporting to: Managing Partner

Company: TARAksh Lawyers & Consultants / TARAksh Legal Consultants FZ-LLC

Location: Dubai

Format: Full-time | High-trust role | Long-term

Reporting line: Directly to the Owner

TARAksh Lawyers & Consultants is a full-service international law firm with offices in Dubai, GIFT City, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Pune.

The firm specializes in corporate law, M&A, banking & finance, investment funds, cross-border structuring, dispute resolution, and comprehensive legal support for international businesses.

Its clients include large corporations, investors, family offices, private equity firms, and HNWIs operating across India, the UAE, Europe, and the United States.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To provide full operational, business, and personal support to the Managing Partner, relieving him of all tasks that do not require his direct level of expertise, while ensuring exceptional control, structure, and speed of decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Business Support (Key Priority)

  • Full calendar management (multiple time zones, high-intensity schedules, prioritization)

  • Preparation for meetings: agendas, materials, context, follow-ups

  • Monitoring and follow-up on task execution by internal teams and external consultants

  • Communication with partners, clients, lawyers, banks, and advisors

  • Preparation of correspondence, presentations, briefs, and executive summaries

  • Structuring incoming information → decisions → actions

  • Support of deals, projects, and international processes (coordination role)

  • Confidential handling of legal and financial information

  1. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Document management, contracts, powers of attorney, corporate documentation

  • Travel management: flights, visas, hotels, logistics

  • Coordination with offices in India and the UAE

  • Tracking deadlines, regulatory and business timelines

  • Organization of meetings, calls, and online/offline events

  1. Personal Support to the Owner

  • Management of the personal calendar (medical appointments, personal meetings, travel)

  • End-to-end handling of personal tasks

  • Filtering and prioritizing incoming requests and communications

  • Availability in a 24/7 mode when required (not continuously, but as needed)

  • travel within Dubai/UAE and at times foreign locations

Desired Candidate Profile

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required:

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Personal / Executive Assistant to a CEO, Founder, or Partner

  • Experience working with international businesses, law firms, or investment / consulting environments is a strong advantage

  • English – fluent; Arabic-preferable

  • Highly structured mindset and absolute confidentiality

  • High stress tolerance and ability to work independently

  • Strong ownership and control over multiple priorities

WORK FORMAT & CONDITIONS

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Work format: Office-based role (Dubai)

  • Schedule: Standard office hours with flexibility based on the Owner’s agenda

  • Employment: Official employment in full compliance with UAE Labour Law

  • Visa & legalisation: Provided by the employer
