Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO s calendar, including internal and external meetings, board sessions, and investor appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate international and local travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with discretion and efficiency.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents; take minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders across the firm and external partners to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
  • Coordinate logistics for key company events, conferences, and client engagements attended by the CEO.
  • Support with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks to optimize the CEO s time and focus.
  • Maintain confidential files and records in an organized and secure manner.
  • Anticipate the CEO s needs, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
