Roles & Responsibilities

Correspondence Management: Organizing and managing official correspondence and documentation with high accuracy. Reporting & Presentations: Preparing detailed reports and professional presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite. Coordination: Managing schedules and appointments to ensure a seamless daily workflow. Professional Representation: Representing the organization with tact and professionalism when communicating with all stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nationality: Applicant must be of an Arab nationality. Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Arabic and excellent professional command of English (reading, writing, and speaking). Technical Proficiency: High-level expertise in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience: Proven track record in handling official correspondence and administrative procedures.
