Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team of around one hundred employees.
In other words, the person who provides organizational and administrative support to the CEO on a daily basis.
You manage the strategic coordination between departments, ensuring perfect alignment with business priorities.
This position also requires the ability to prepare presentations, meetings and internal and external communications.
emergency management and rapid resolution of daily problems, while ensuring a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The position is available immediately in Dubai on a permanent contract.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of successful experience as an executive assistant to a company director.
University degree required (business school, recognized university).
French perfectly mastered, both written and spoken.
Fluent English required.

Availability and flexibility in working hours, with strong personal involvement.
