Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The QA Inspector will ensure bakery products meet quality and safety standards. They will conduct process checks, inspect raw materials, and verify finished goods for compliance with established protocols. Additionally, the QA Inspector will monitor and enforce quality policies at the production site, co-manufacturers, and external warehouses, document findings, and support QA initiatives to guarantee the production of safe, high-quality products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products for quality and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to GSO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards. ▪ Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs during all production phases. ▪ Monitor process adherence during mixing, proofing, baking, and packaging stages. ▪ Document quality observations and deviations, and initiate CAPA with RCA to prevent recurrence of issues. ▪ Report and document quality deviations and corrective actions using CAPA. ▪ Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to address recurring quality issues. ▪ Ensure that all quality check procedures are followed throughout each production phase. ▪ Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues, including corrective actions taken. ▪ Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. ▪ Develop a thorough understanding of product blueprints, plans, and specifications to validate product requirements. ▪ Monitor deliveries to customers to ensure compliance with quality standards. ▪ Handle non-conforming materials to minimize business costs.


Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the internal audit of the process, system ▪ Regularly audit/inspection [GMP & GWP] of the facilities. ▪ Assist in conducting internal audits of processes, systems, and facilities, ensuring adherence to GSO compliance, FSSC 22000, and HACCP. ▪ Random checking of vehicles (trucks) being loaded (hygiene & protection) ▪ Investigation, root cause analysis, CAPA, reporting ▪ Ensuring that No non-conforming raw materials reaching production or non-conforming finished product reaching the customer.


Document quality observations and generate daily inspection reports, ensuring compliance with GSO, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards. ▪ Prepare and submit batch release reports and positive release approvals. ▪ Maintain GMP and quality documentation, reporting findings aligned with CAPA actions and RCA outcomes. ▪ Conduct inspections of raw materials (RMs) and GMP practices at satellite warehouses and on-site locations, including sample collection and report preparation. ▪ Compile detailed reports highlighting quality checks and identified issues. ▪ Prepare daily analysis reports, batch reports, and positive release documentation. ▪ Review and verify batch reports for accuracy and completeness. ▪ Perform GMP inspections and provide comprehensive reporting.
