Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, efficiently directing calls and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, optimizing the executive's calendar.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documents, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in office management.
Proficiency in English and a second language, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with office software, including MS Office Suite, demonstrating technical competence.
