Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions (store-level to corporate roles).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews; coordinate with line managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume retail roles.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Analyze hiring trends, recruitment costs, and turnaround time to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal HR policies, and recruitment guidelines.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participation in career fairs.
  • Collaborate with HR operations for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the retail sector in UAE.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment MIS, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
