Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent tailored to specific departmental needs.
- Conduct comprehensive job analyses to ensure clear and precise job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and networking events, to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications meticulously to identify candidates who meet the unique qualifications for each position.
- Conduct engaging and informative interviews that not only assess qualifications but also reflect the company's culture.
- Facilitate candidate assessments and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a streamlined selection process.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and support throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee retention strategies and improve the overall candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
- Experience in white/blue-collar recruitment or specific industry knowledge is a valuable asset, helping to identify niche talent.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages can be a significant advantage in diverse workplaces.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software is essential for managing candidate data and streamlining processes.
