Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Banking asset customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure timely renewal of facility, manage EWS, portfolio profitability and defaults.
  • Identify customer needs and promote appropriate asset products including Trade working capital, POS finance, term finance, MBBF or any other business Banking product as advised from time to time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and financial advice.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail banking or asset management.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and achieving sales and service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, or relevant banking certifications) are an advantage.
