Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately from Russian-speaking customers.
Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality standards are met.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries in Russian.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables, utensils, and service areas.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
Process billing and payments accurately.
Support team members to maintain efficient service flow.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality/service industry preferred.
Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
