Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE & GCC markets.
Drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition for AWS Cloud & ERP services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and solution narratives.
Negotiate contracts, commercials, and partnership agreements.
Build and manage channel partners, system integrators, and alliances.
Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Own revenue targets and consistently achieve/exceed quarterly and annual goals.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions.
Provide market feedback to leadership and solution teams for continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
9+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
Proven experience in AWS Cloud and/or ERP solution sales.
Strong understanding of the UAE / GCC enterprise market.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Strategic, analytical, and target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel within UAE & GCC as required.
