Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Oklin’s food-waste composting machines and integrated treatment systems in the Middle East region. •Identify and secure new business opportunities with key clients (government entities, municipalities, hospitality groups, developers, facility management companies, etc.). •Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, tender response, and proposal development, to contract negotiation and closing. •Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local distributors, EPC contractors, and solution integrators to expand market presence. •Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions are tailored to site-specific requirements and regional regulations. •Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and sustainability forums to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning. •Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field. •Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in waste management, environmental technologies, or industrial equipment. •Strong regional network and understanding of procurement processes in GCC countries. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills. •Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation skills, with a history of closing deals that benefit both the company and the client.
Travel: Frequent regional and occasional international travel required
A proactive mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving innovative solutions in sales.
Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
