Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer issuance).

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.

Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Handle visa processing coordination, MOHRE documentation, and labor contracts.

Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.

Draft and update HR policies and procedures.

Implement performance appraisal systems.

Prepare HR reports for management.
