Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across SMB and enterprise accounts in the UAE and GCC region.

  • Identify opportunities for AI-powered customer experience solutions, including AI Conversational Chatbots, AI Contact Center platforms, and CX automation solutions.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic account targeting.

  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and customer experience teams to understand their customer engagement challenges and position the Worktual AI platform effectively.

  • Develop value-based proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to successfully close deals.

  • Manage the complete SaaS sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Build and expand long-term relationships with enterprise and SMB customers across the GCC market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology / SaaS sales, preferably selling CX platforms, AI chatbots, conversational AI, or contact center solutions.

  • Proven track record of driving new business across SMB and enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, consultative selling, and solution-based sales.

  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based platforms to mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Good network and familiarity with UAE / GCC enterprise customers across industries.

  • Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and customer experience stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline management and prospecting.

  • Must be currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license.

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
