Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurant and kitchen areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, furniture, glass, and equipment.
- Sanitize kitchen tools and equipment to meet hygiene standards.
- Handle garbage removal and waste disposal in line with company policies.
- Assist with moving, stacking, loading, and unloading materials as required.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant stewarding role.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual tasks.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Polite, professional, and hygiene-conscious at all times.
