Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for current client mandates

  • Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, databases & referrals

  • Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, and close positions

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients

  • Pitch HRBP Global’s recruitment and HR solutions

  • Convert leads into active mandates

  • Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Passion for recruitment & client acquisition

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting preferred

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing consulting environment

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Business Development Executive to join our growing HR consulting firm in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who loves recruitment and enjoys building client relationships and closing business. You’ll work on live mandates while also helping expand our client portfolio across the UAE.
