Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • High-Volume Hiring (Blue & White Collar): Manage large-scale recruitment across operational, technical, and corporate roles, ensuring fast turnaround and strong candidate pipelines.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full hiring cycle—requisitions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, visa processing, and onboarding—with accurate and timely tracker updates.
  • Turnaround Time Optimization: Shorten hiring lead times through process improvements, proactive coordination with hiring managers, and continuous follow-up on visa, joining, and onboarding stages.
  • Quality of Hire: Conduct structured interviews and assessments (technical, behavioral, communication, aptitude) and ensure thorough reference and background checks.
  • Internal Mobility: Manage internal job postings, ensuring timely participation, evaluations, and movement of internal candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence: Build strong pipelines for recurring and critical roles; conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor research.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to strengthen employer brand visibility.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and transparent hiring journey, clearly communicating compensation, benefits, and company culture.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed recruitment MIS and provide regular analytics on hiring status, source performance, recruitment costs, and turnover trends.
  • Documentation & SOPs: Keep job descriptions, organization charts, and recruitment SOPs updated and audit-ready.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, introduce automation, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to support bulk hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business units on workforce planning, skill-gap analysis, and hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR specialization or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • 2–4 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (not HR generalist roles), preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, blue-collar and white-collar hiring; multi-country recruitment exposure is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, recruitment MIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good understanding of UAE labor regulations, visa processes, and applicable international employment laws.
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting, employer-branding tools, Boolean search, and modern sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities with strong follow-up.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
