Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training programs for BOH,FOH, and management teams

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training across multiple branches

• Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOP standards

• Improve staff performance, reduce turnover, and control operational wastage

• Monitor training effectiveness and report on KPIs

• Support leadership development and succession planning

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field

• 5–7 years experience in F&B industry

• Minimum 3 years in a Training/L&D role

• Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
