Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the organization and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs using a blend of instructional methods, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
Certification in training methodologies, such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Training and Development) or ATD (Association for Talent Development).
Proven experience in designing e-learning and blended learning programs using modern instructional design techniques.
