UAE National - HR Business Partner Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC)

Develop and deliver the HR strategy and annual HR plan with business leaders, driving continuous improvement across all HR activities. Lead onboarding, succession planning, retention, L&D, and performance management—including improvement plans and promotion governance. Partner with Group Training to deliver annual training plans, people reviews, and ensure identified successors for key roles. Oversee employee relations, coaching line managers on engagement (Al‑Futtaim Way), policy adherence, risk mitigation, and disciplinary procedures. Serve as a coach and change agent to senior leaders; drive engagement action plans; oversee incentives and manpower budgets. Optimise workforce structures, support reorganisations, track productivity, and ensure localisation/Emiratisation targets are met. Manage manpower planning, employee cost reporting, and the HR budget, while standardising monthly metrics (performance vs budget, overtime, incentives, casual labour). Strengthen governance, internal controls, SOP compliance; ensure adherence to HR policies, laws, and uphold Emirati‑only position mandates.
