Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare documents and maintain organized filing systems for both paper and digital records
  • Order office supplies, monitor stock levels, and manage inventory
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient time management
  • Work proficiently in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Track employee timesheets and coordinate monthly payroll records
  • Oversee basic IT management and provide technical support as needed
  • Troubleshoot AutoCAD and Revit software issues
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as BCA, MCA, or Engineering
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
