Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare documents and maintain organized filing systems for both paper and digital records
- Order office supplies, monitor stock levels, and manage inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient time management
- Work proficiently in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Track employee timesheets and coordinate monthly payroll records
- Oversee basic IT management and provide technical support as needed
- Troubleshoot AutoCAD and Revit software issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as BCA, MCA, or Engineering
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
