Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities - Cando Holiday Home Rental

  • Prepare daily schedules for Guest Relations Officers (GRO), focusing on guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Organize and supervise routine property maintenance and repairs.
  • Follow up on cleaning and maintenance calendars with the guest relations team.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams based on property-specific requirements.
  • Manage listings across multiple platforms (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Booking.com , Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.)
  • Support the Holiday Homes Manager with bill payments, DTCM and Tourism Fee compliance, and legal management.

Communication Handling:

  • Liaise with building and community management teams for operational coordination.
  • Manage emails, contacts, and required documents related to each property and reservation.
  • Prepare necessary access passes for cleaning, maintenance, and guest entry.
  • Ensure effective communication with cleaning and maintenance companies for timely task completion.

Reports:

  • Maintain and update daily reports tracking cleaning and maintenance progress.
  • Keep accurate records of property-related expenses, cleaning, and maintenance costs.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports summarizing completed tasks and follow-up requirements.
  • Generate next-day schedules to ensure operational readiness.

Inventory & Supplies:

  • Oversee the management of property inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability.
  • Maintain detailed records of keys, Wi-Fi credentials, parking info, and other essential property details.
  • Track stock movements in and out of properties accurately.

Secondary Responsibilities (as needed) Cando Real Estate Broker:

  • Provide back-office support to the admin manager, agents, and the real estate team.
  • Draft contracts, tenancy agreements, MOUs, NOCs, and other required legal documents.
  • Manage real estate listings across various platforms (Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Propspace, etc.).
  • Familiar with Trakheesi System, Dubai Rest, and DLD registration processes.
  • Manage real estate deal paperwork, including MOUs and tenancy agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and property rules.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be available for immediate start (Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa required).

  • At least 2 years of UAE work experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and remain proactive under pressure.
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and team-player mentality.
