Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence for the founding team. Coordinate communication between our field sales representatives and onboarding clinics/suppliers. Maintain accurate records of client data, pipeline progress, and basic operational documentation. Follow up on incoming inquiries and support client onboarding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Location & Visa: Must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid, ongoing residency visa (Spouse, Employment, or Golden Visa). Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional corporate or medical assistance experience inside the UAE. Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and excellent professional English communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Traits: Highly proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
