Roles & Responsibilities
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Channel Development & Re-Export Manager to lead the expansion of Philips Air Conditioner business across UAE, with strong focus on Dubai and Northern Emirates, and to manage re-export markets including Iran and the Levant region. The ideal candidate will have strong channel management experience in the HVAC/air conditioning sector and demonstrated expertise in re-export trade.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand channel sales network across UAE (especially Dubai & Northern Emirates)
Manage and grow OR (Open Retail) and IR (Institutional/Indirect Retail) channels
Identify, onboard and support distributors and sub-dealers
Drive sell-in and sell-out strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Handle re-export business operations, particularly for Iran and Levant markets
Maintain strong relationships with re-export clients and trading partners
Monitor pricing, margins, and market positioning
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for smooth execution of export documentation and shipments
Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile
Graduate (Business/Commerce preferred)
3–5 years of proven experience managing channel sales for Air Conditioners within UAE market
Strong knowledge of Dubai and Northern Emirates distribution landscape
Experience handling OR and IR sales channels
Proven exposure to re-export business, especially Iran and Levant markets
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Knowledge of Farsi and/or Arabic will be an added advantage.
