Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex calendar management, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing the executive's time for maximum productivity.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails and communications, ensuring timely responses and filtering out irrelevant information to maintain focus.
- Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, anticipating potential challenges and providing seamless travel experiences.
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and professional quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or high-profile individuals.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Strong administrative & organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
