Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to Directors and management team.
• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments for Directors.
• Assist with documentation, filing, and correspondence handling.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for operational requirements.
• Support Directors with personal tasks as needed (e.g., errands, scheduling).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain office records efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Admin Officer in UAE.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional and presentable demeanor.
