Job Description:
We are seeking a polished, highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior stakeholder based at The Executive Centre, One Central (DWTC). The ideal candidate thrives on managing complex schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, and delivering seamless administrative support across both day-to-day duties and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, schedule and prioritise meetings, and ensure the executive has all required materials in advance.
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans (itineraries, visas, accommodation, logistics) and prepare travel packs.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, screening communications and representing the executive professionally.
Prepare, format and edit presentations, agendas and meeting documents; take minutes and follow up on action items.
Process expense reports and invoices, maintain confidential records and handle sensitive documentation.
Plan and coordinate company events, team activities and executive engagements when required.
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs and protecting the executive s time to maximise efficiency.

Qualifications:

5 10 years experience supporting senior or C-level executives.
Bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
High degree of professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
Flexible, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
