Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management and project teams.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and property launch events.
  • Maintain confidential documents and records efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage daily office operations and executive calendars.
  • Draft, review, and proofread business correspondence and reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups with relevant departments.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between management and staff.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in office management or executive assistance are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in Real Estate / Property Development.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Experience handling senior management schedules and confidential information.

Skill & Expertise:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
