Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
.Design and create custom fondant figures (characters, people, animals, themed figures) with high attention to detail • Design and decorate premium customized cakes (wedding cakes, birthday cakes, corporate/event cakes) • Expertly work with fondant, gum paste, sugar paste, buttercream, and other decorating mediums • Translate customer ideas, references, and themes into creative cake designs • Ensure cakes meet quality, hygiene, and presentation standards • Handle time-bound orders and deliver consistent results during peak seasons • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating workstation • Coordinate with kitchen and front-desk staff for order execution • Stay updated with new cake decorating trends and techniques
Desired Candidate Profile
Male candidate only • Minimum 3 years total experience as a cake designer • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a professional cake shop or bakery • Expert in fondant figure making (must be able to create realistic and cartoon figures independently) • Strong skills in custom cake designing and finishing • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about cake artistry • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards • Team player with a positive attitude • Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
