Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative modern fusion cuisine menus with a Pakistani influence, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's concept and target audience.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while promoting professional growth.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and budgeting, optimizing profitability without compromising on food quality or guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years experience as a Chef / Head Chef
Strong background in fusion cuisine (Pakistani + Continental)
Experience in food trucks, cloud kitchens, or casual dining
Ability to create menus and manage food costing
Pakistani nationality preferred
Must be currently in UAE
Immediate joiners highly preferred
