Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic expansion plan across the UAE and potential regional markets.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including new branch openings, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build and manage enrollment growth strategies, including digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Shape the organization’s brand presence across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Oversee research, feasibility analysis, and site selection for new projects.
  • Collaborate with co-founders to refine and execute long-term business growth goals.
  • Manage KPIs, team performance, and reporting against growth metrics.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing business development team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in business development, preferably in education, retail, or service sectors.
  • Proven track record in multi-site expansion, brand scaling, or franchise development.
  • Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and understanding of UAE business regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership capability and a hands-on approach.
  • Familiarity with the early childhood education sector is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
