Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Head of HR will ensure the transition from traditional HR practices to a data-driven, agile, and capability-focused people function aligned with the organization s long-term strategic objectives
Designing and implementing a forward-looking Talent Management strategy that strengthens succession, leadership development, and workforce planning
Transforming the Performance Management framework into a continuous, measurable, and impact-driven system aligned to corporate KPIs
Leading change management initiatives across the organization to drive engagement, accountability, and performance differentiation
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE national with Family book
12 18+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 7 years in a senior HR leadership role
Proven track record in leading HR transformation and organizational change initiatives
Strong hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Talent Management and Performance Management frameworks
Experience leading succession planning and executive talent reviews at board or C-suite level
Background in dynamic and complex organizations
Experience aligning performance frameworks to financial, operational, and strategic KPIs
Building HR capabilities, digital HR infrastructure, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth
