Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and execute a seasonal, health forward menu (plant-based, gluten free, keto-friendly, etc.).

Lead kitchen operations with a focus on freshness, quality, and zero waste practices.

Source local/organic ingredients and build relationships with ethical suppliers.

Train and inspire a team committed to wellness and excellence.

Balance nutrition science with culinary artistry think superfood bowls, clean-protein mains, and guilt-free indulgences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Chef in a health-focused restaurant, hotel, or wellness retreat

Deep knowledge of nutritional principles, dietary restrictions, and superfoods

Creativity to reimagine classics (e.g., cauliflower pizza, date-sweetened desserts).

Skills in maximizing flavor without heavy salt, sugar, or processed ingredients.

Leadership chops + UAE kitchen experience (HACCP certified is a plus)
