Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manager HR Operations will support and execute initiatives and activities in managing and administration of the human resources Department. The incumbent assists and leads human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, goal attainment, and ongoing employee development in UAE Operations. The incumbent shall be the custodian for HR practices coupled with Payroll Processing including Employee Life Cycle Management. The incumbent, under the limited supervision of Head HR, has the ongoing accountability to develop best in class people practices for continuous improvement and development. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA) • Budget Estimation & Manpower Planning • Talent Acquisition & Talent Management • Business HR Operations • Performance Management System • Time Office Management • Payroll Management • Compliance & Governance • Employee Engagement & ER • Capability Building/ T & D • Grievance Management • Data Analytics & MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
• Knowledge of the latest HR Practices in the market • Speaking Knowledge of Arabic Language will be a big plus • Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling compliance requirements • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Visa Processing procedures • Excellent Employee focus, Effective communication, interpersonal, managerial and negotiation skills. • Superior organizational ability, with expert knowledge and experience to assume leadership position.
• Previous exposure and experience in Automobile sector is desirable
