Well reputed contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Officer. The ideal candidate will be based at the Head Office and report directly to the HR Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations, proper guidance of camp facilities, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Dubai
Reports To: Asst HR Manager
Supervises: Camp Bosses, Facility Staff
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage camp bosses for daily camp operations and reporting to the Assistant HR Manager.
Ensure all camp bosses work as per the company policies, and accommodation facilities are maintained to the required standards.
Monitor facility management operations in all camps, including housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, waste management, and general discipline.
Coordinate with Dubai Municipality’s Health and Safety Department for labour camp inspections.
Conduct regular camp inspections.
Maintain operational reports, checklists, and inspection records.
Coordinate for labor mobilization, onboarding, room allocation, and camp induction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly camp reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred
Proven experience in camp operations, facilities management, and other active regulations.
Experience managing supervisors or camp bosses
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Benefits: Salary Range 8K to 9K.
Minimum experience in the UAE is 5 to 7 years.
